What are our current priorities?
Important information for parents, professionals and carers
This book is the only children’s CPD accredited mental healing and well-being programme in the UK that bridges/links clinical and social work practices using multi-Agency frameworks.
By
The application of Child-led learning of psychological and psychiatric practices which promote the child-led approach to understanding how to heal themselves by exploring and verbalising problems without or with the assistance-guidance of a parent/carer or professional.
How
The workbook
•Promotes thinking
•Provokes self - exploration of the mind
•Use reasoning and develops problem solving skills to answer the questions
•The thinking process and all the given answers are not conditioned by external pressures.
Therefore, the answers given are more genuine and truly reflect the child’s feeling and mental status at the time.
It also gives more credit to the validity of the results as they come from the child’s own voice and point of view.
Conclusion
All of the above are essential ingredients for the child’s wellbeing and this programme is an early intervention and self-healing process to build the child’s mental strength, confidence and resilience that will help to avoid diagnosis and pre-labelling the child's mental health conditions
Aim; We know our programme will help so many children and young people therefore we want this programme to be a part of the Education Curriculum which we are working hard to achieve as a goal for every child in the UK.
Eliza, who is 15 years old, helped with some of the ideas, design and planning. Here is what she has to say about her experience:
Hi, my name is Eliza, and I am 15 years old. I hope you enjoy this workbook as much as I enjoyed helping to create it. You see, I wish I would have had something like this when I was struggling with my emotional wellbeing. I am so happy that this book will be able to help so many other children who are also struggling.

Good luck with your journey, and always remember that you are amazing!

We are so grateful for Eliza’s input which demonstrates how important the child’s voice is to us.
